We do not buy wherever it is cheapest and sell it on. Every month we look at what our manufacturers make and what each market needs, and we only offer what passes.

We scout every month

Which products are the best in their category, which carry the certificates your market asks for, and which fit your shelf and your customers.

Certified factories only

Our manufacturers hold IFS, BRC, ISO 22000 and HACCP, and halal or kosher where a product carries it. We check the certificates item by item.

Monthly quality meetings

Once a month we sit down to review product quality and the range, so what reaches you is always the best we can find.

At the trade fairs

We go to the main food, drinks and vending fairs, meet the manufacturers and present new brands, new lines and new machines to our buyers.

A European team that knows your market

VLC Trade Group is an import and export company in Valencia, Spain. Our team comes from Ukraine, Georgia and Spain, so we speak your language and know how business is done in your market.

We work directly with more than 20 manufacturers, visit their factories, meet them at the trade fairs and decide with them what goes to each market.

Quality and documents

Certified factories. Documents done right.

Quality certificates belong to the factories that make each product. We handle the export, and we prepare the documents your border asks for.

Certified factories

IFS, BRC, ISO 22000 and HACCP belong to our manufacturers, and halal or kosher to the products that carry it. We confirm them item by item.

The HS code decides the documents

Each product's customs code decides what its export and import need. We check the codes on your list before anything is loaded.

Veterinary and phytosanitary

A veterinary certificate for meat, cheese and dairy, a phytosanitary certificate for plant products, issued for each shipment by the competent authority.

EUR.1 or certificate of origin

EUR.1 where the EU has a trade agreement with your country, such as Georgia or Ukraine, so the lower duty applies. A general certificate of origin where there is none.
