Product descriptions, formats, origins and storage information are provided in good faith to help you decide whether to enquire. They do not constitute a binding offer, a warranty of availability, or a guarantee of specification. Pack weights, case counts, pallet configuration and price are confirmed per order in writing, and only that written confirmation is binding.
Product availability and brand representation
The presence of a manufacturer brand on this site indicates that it is in our portfolio. It does not confirm that we can supply that brand into any particular country, which depends on the representation agreement in force in that market and is confirmed to you before any order.
Certification
Food safety, halal and kosher certifications referred to on this site are held by the manufacturers of the products concerned, not by VLC TRADE GROUP SL. We issue export documentation for shipments. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that we hold a producer's certification.
Import compliance is the importer's responsibility
You are responsible for holding the licences your own country requires, which for alcohol is separate from a general food import licence in every market we serve, and for import clearance and duties on the Incoterms basis agreed. We prepare the export documentation.
Intellectual property
The text and layout of this site belong to us. Manufacturer names, logos and product photography belong to the respective manufacturers and are used in the context of representing their products for export.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Terms applying to a sale are set out in the contract for that sale.
