Private label

Your brand, our manufacturers

Private label is the highest margin thing an importer can put on a shelf, and the hardest to arrange from a distance. We run it through the same factories that make the branded lines we already ship.

What we can produce

Most of our lines are available for private label. In practice the requests we get most often are juice and soft drinks, energy and functional drinks, plant-based drinks, sauces and condiments, and snacks. These are the categories where a distributor's own brand competes best on a shelf.

Chilled meat and cheese are possible but harder, because the minimum runs are larger and the shelf life leaves less room for error on a long route.

Minimums, honestly

There is no single number, and anyone who gives you one has not asked what you want to make. The minimum depends on the product, the factory, and often the packaging, because a custom carton or a custom can can carry a bigger minimum than the liquid inside it.

Tell us the item and the volume you have in mind and we will come back with the real number rather than an encouraging one.

The packaging is usually the constraint, not the product

Factories can often run a modest volume of a familiar recipe. What sets the floor is the printed packaging, which has its own minimum order from its own supplier. If your first run is small, using a stock pack with a custom label is almost always the cheaper route in.

Labelling is part of the job

You supply the design. We handle what legally has to be on it: ingredient and allergen declarations, nutritional information, and the language requirements of the market you are selling into. Getting that wrong is expensive, because it is fixed at production and cannot be corrected with a sticker at the border.

Send us the list and the destination country

A product list and a destination country are enough for a loading plan, the documents your border will want, and a price.
