The line
One line, two completely different buyers
Energy drinks sell through retail and through vending, and the two want different formats, different case sizes and often different price points for the same liquid.
We carry both because we already supply the vending channel with machines and coffee. If you are stocking a shelf, the can format is usually right. If you are filling machines, the case configuration and the can diameter matter more than the flavour.
This line loads in the same standard container as juices, soft drinks, snacks and plant-based drinks. It is rarely a container on its own and it does not need to be.

Most items are available in more than one format, so the pack weight and case count are confirmed against your order rather than fixed here.

These are confirmed per order and per manufacturer, because nearly every item above exists in several formats and the right one depends on whether it is going to a retail shelf or a kitchen. Ask for the specification sheet on any group and we will send the exact pack data before you quote your own customer. Prices are quoted per order, never listed, because they move with volume, Incoterm and destination.

Ambient beverage documentation
No veterinary certificate and, for most formulations, no phytosanitary requirement either. What matters here is the ingredient declaration and how your market regulates it.
- EUR1 movement certificate Establishes preferential origin where the trade agreement between the EU and your country provides for it, which is usually what makes the duty calculation work.
- Ingredient and additive declaration Caffeine and vitamin content is regulated differently in each of our markets, including limits and mandatory warnings on the label. We confirm the formulation against your rules before you order.
- Manufacturer certification Food safety certification is held by the producing establishment, not by us. We tell you which manufacturer holds what for the items on your list.
- Label language Several destinations require the label in the local language. Where that applies, it is decided at production, not at the border, so it has to be settled with the order.
It is a distinction your authority will make, so we make it too. VLC TRADE GROUP SL is the exporter of record and prepares the export documentation. IFS, BRC, ISO 22000, HACCP, halal and kosher belong to the manufacturer and to the individual product.

Practical notes
Cans are heavy for their volume
An all-can container hits its weight limit long before it runs out of space, so it is usually loaded together with something light.
Vending formats are not retail formats
Machine compatibility depends on can diameter and height. If it is going into a machine, send us the machine, not just the drink.
Sugar-free sells differently by market
The split between standard and sugar-free varies a lot across our destinations. Tell us your market and we will suggest the mix rather than guess.
Load it with the juice
Same ambient regime, same container, and it balances the pallet weight of lighter carton goods.

What is the minimum order?
One full container. It does not have to be one product. You can mix this line with any other line we carry into the same container, which is what most of our buyers do.
Do you supply vending-compatible formats?
Yes. Vending is a separate part of our business and we supply the machines as well, so send us the machine model along with the drink you want and we will confirm the can format fits.
Are there labelling restrictions on energy drinks in my market?
Often, yes. Caffeine limits, vitamin levels and mandatory warnings differ across Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, and label language requirements differ too. That has to be settled before production, not at the border. Tell us the destination and we will check.
Can this line be private label?
Yes, energy and functional drinks are one of the more common private label requests we get. Minimums depend on the formulation and the can supply, so ask with the volume you have in mind.
What does it cost?
Price is quoted per order, because it moves with volume, Incoterm and destination. Send your product list and your destination country and we come back with a quote, a loading plan and the document set.
