What we collect

Only what you send us in a trade enquiry: your name, company, email address, destination country and the product list you write. We do not ask for anything else and we do not need anything else to quote you.

Why we hold it, and for how long

To answer your enquiry and, where a trading relationship follows, to administer it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and where a contract follows, the performance of that contract. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship is live and for the period Spanish commercial and tax law requires after it ends.

Who else sees it

Our email provider, as the technical means of receiving your message. Where fulfilling your order requires it, the relevant manufacturer or freight forwarder. We do not sell data and we do not share it for marketing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
