No. A container runs at a single temperature. Ambient, chilled and frozen are three separate shipments. We tell you at quotation stage how your list breaks down, which is usually the most useful thing we do before you order.

EUR1 movement certificates, phytosanitary certificates, veterinary health certificates, certificates of origin and analysis, and excise accompanying documents for alcohol, as the goods and the destination require. Food safety certification such as IFS, BRC, ISO 22000 and HACCP is held by the manufacturer, not by us.

No, and no trading company should claim to. Certifications belong to the producing establishment and to the individual product. We are the exporter of record and we issue the export documentation. We can tell you which manufacturer holds what for the items on your list.

Some of them, per product, certified by the manufacturer rather than by us. Send us the items you are considering and we will confirm which carry which certification before you order.

Quoted per order. Price in this trade moves with volume, Incoterm and destination, so a list price would be misleading. Send your list and your destination country and you will get a real number against your actual order.

It depends on the representation agreement in place for that brand in that country. Tell us your market with your list and we will confirm brand by brand before you quote anything to your own customer.

Yes, across most lines, using the same manufacturers that produce the branded products. Minimums depend on the item and often on the packaging rather than the product itself.

Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia are our focus. Georgia is where we have shipped monthly since 2021. If you are elsewhere, ask, because the routing is often simpler than you would expect from Valencia.
