Price is not the first of them, and it is not the second. In food import, a wrong document costs more than a bad price.
Will this shipment clear customs, and will the documents be right?
We issue EUR1, phytosanitary and veterinary certificates according to what the goods and your border require. This is the part of importing food that goes expensively wrong, so it is the part we handle first, not last.
Can I get an assortment rather than a pallet of one thing?
Yes. That is the reason we exist. A single container can be built from products across more than twenty manufacturers, so your order matches your shelf rather than our warehouse.
Is this company real, or is it two people and a website?
We have shipped from Spain to Georgia every month since 2021: 22 tons of meat, 21 tons of cheese and 65 tons of juice. The chains that receive it are named below and you are welcome to go and check them.
What are the terms, and how long will it take?
Minimum order is one full container, on any Incoterms basis you work on. Payment is advance to begin with and by agreement after that. Lead time depends on the products and the route, and you get a date before you commit.

You send a list, not an order form
A consolidated container is not simply a mixed pallet. What can share a container is decided by temperature regime, shelf life and pack format, and that is the work we do before you commit.
Send your list
Tell us what you need and in what quantity, across as many of our lines as you like. There is no requirement that one product fills the box.
We check the load works
Temperature regime, shelf life and pack format decide what can travel together. We tell you what fits in one container and what needs its own, before you have committed to anything.
We quote, per order
Price moves with volume, Incoterm and destination, so there is no list price to give you. You get a quote against your actual list, on the Incoterms basis you work on.
We issue the documents and load
EUR1, phytosanitary and veterinary certificates are prepared for your border as the shipment requires, and the container leaves Valencia.

Documents and certification
The paperwork is the product
A container that cannot clear is worth nothing on either side of the border. Here is what we issue, and what belongs to the manufacturer rather than to us.
- EUR1 movement certificate Issued for the shipment where the trade agreement between the EU and your country provides for preferential origin.
- Phytosanitary certificate For products of plant origin, issued by the competent Spanish authority for the consignment.
- Veterinary health certificate For products of animal origin, meat and dairy above all. Required at every border we ship to.
- Kosher and halal Held per product by the manufacturer, item by item. Send us your list and we will tell you which items carry which.
Our manufacturers hold the food safety certification appropriate to their category and their product. VLC Trade Group issues the export documentation for the shipment. We keep the two separate because your authority will, and because a trader claiming a producer's certificate is the first thing an experienced importer checks.
