Product line 09
Vending, coffee and equipment
Coffee beans, machines, spare parts, filters and Zumex juicers. One supplier for the whole vending operation rather than four.
The line
A separate business that happens to share our container
Vending is not a food line with machines attached. It is a different buyer, a different sales cycle and, for the equipment part, a completely different customs treatment.
The person buying coffee beans by the pallet is often the same person buying the machine that grinds them, the filters it needs and the parts that wear out. We supply all four, which is unusual for a food export house and is the reason this line exists at all.
No phytosanitary certificate, no veterinary certificate, a different customs code and a conformity and warranty question instead. If your order mixes beans and machines, it is two document sets in one container.
What is in the line
Five product groups, food and equipment
Most items are available in more than one format, so the pack weight and case count are confirmed against your order rather than fixed here.
| Product group | Detail | Origin | Storage | Formats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coffee beans | Roasted whole bean, espresso and vending blends | Italy | Ambient | 1 kg bag, catering case |
| Coffee and vending machines | Espresso and automatic vending machines | Italy, Spain | Ambient, equipment | Unit, palletised |
| Spare parts | Wear parts and service components for the machines we supply | Italy, Spain | Ambient, equipment | Unit, service kit |
| Filters | Water treatment and coffee filters | Italy, Spain | Ambient, equipment | Unit, case |
| Zumex juicers | Commercial citrus juicing machines | Spain | Ambient, equipment | Unit, palletised |
These are confirmed per order and per manufacturer, because nearly every item above exists in several formats and the right one depends on whether it is going to a retail shelf or a kitchen. Ask for the specification sheet on any group and we will send the exact pack data before you quote your own customer. Prices are quoted per order, never listed, because they move with volume, Incoterm and destination.

Documents for this category
Two document sets in one line
Coffee is food and clears as a product of plant origin. Machines, parts and filters are equipment and clear as goods. Mixing them in one order is normal, but it is two processes.
- For the coffee: phytosanitary where required, plus EUR1 Roasted coffee is a product of plant origin. The certificate set is the same one the juice and snack lines use.
- For the equipment: conformity documentation Machines carry the manufacturer's conformity declaration and technical documentation. There is no phytosanitary or veterinary element at all.
- Warranty and service terms Equipment comes with a warranty from the manufacturer. Who honours it in your market, and how spare parts reach you, is worth agreeing at the order rather than at the first breakdown.
- Voltage and plug standard Confirm the electrical specification for your market before the order. It is the single most common thing to get wrong on a first machine shipment.
It is a distinction your authority will make, so we make it too. VLC TRADE GROUP SL is the exporter of record and prepares the export documentation. IFS, BRC, ISO 22000, HACCP, halal and kosher belong to the manufacturer and to the individual product.

Ordering notes
Buy the parts with the machines
Wear parts are cheap to ship inside an order you are already placing and expensive to air freight later. Order the first service kit at the same time.
Machines are bulky and palletised
They take volume rather than weight, so they load well with dense goods and badly with other bulky items.
Beans have a roast date, not just an expiry
Coffee quality moves with time from roast. On long routes we time the roast to the sailing rather than shipping from stock.
The vending buyer is not the grocery buyer
If you distribute both, they are usually two conversations and two orders, even when they end up in the same container.
Questions we get
Vending and coffee equipment, answered
What is the minimum order?
One full container. It does not have to be one product. You can mix this line with any other line we carry into the same container, which is what most of our buyers do.
Do machines need the same certificates as food?
No. Machines, spare parts and filters are equipment. They carry the manufacturer's conformity documentation and technical file, and no phytosanitary or veterinary certificate is involved. Coffee beans are food and clear as a product of plant origin, so an order with both is two document sets.
Can I buy machines and beans together?
Yes, and most vending operators do. They travel in the same container. Just expect the customs side to be handled as two categories, which we prepare for you.
What about voltage and spare parts?
Confirm your market's electrical standard before the order, because it is set at manufacture. Order the first set of wear parts with the machines: shipping them inside an order you are already placing costs almost nothing, and air freighting one later costs a great deal.
What does it cost?
Price is quoted per order, because it moves with volume, Incoterm and destination. Send your product list and your destination country and we come back with a quote, a loading plan and the document set.
Next step
Send the list and the destination country
That is enough for us to come back with a loading plan, the documents your border will want, and a price against your actual order.
